The policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. No refunds or replacements will be offered after this period.

How to handle returns and exchanges
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service center first. Generally, it will reach the customer's account within 1-2 working days after the refund is completed.

Please send us the logistics tracking number after sending the package, so that we can receive it conveniently.
If it is a return, we will complete the refund for you within 15 natural days after receiving your return. If it is an exchange, we will mail the new product within 5 days. If the package is lost during the return process, no refund or return can be completed. We will return the refund to the original route, and usually reach the customer's account within 2 working days after the refund is completed.

The return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer first, and we will return it to the customer together with the product cost after we receive it. How to cancel an order
If the order has already shipped, unfortunately, it cannot be canceled. You can sign for it first. If there is any dissatisfaction, you can return the product within 30 days. For details, please refer to how to return the product.
If there is no delivery, please contact the customer service center to cancel the order for you. Generally, the refund will arrive at the customer's account within 1-2 working days after the refund is completed.
After the order is cancelled, we will return it to you on the original route within 15 natural days, and usually reach the customer's account within 2 working days after the refund is completed.
Order could not be delivered
If your order cannot be delivered due to address or other problems. We will notify you within 3 working days to cancel the order for you. And complete the refund for you within 15 working days.
