Transportation time:
Once you place an order, it will be immediately synchronized with our warehouse. The warehouse will then package and dispatch the order according to its specifications. Order processing and shipping are typically completed within 1-2 business days, and delivery takes around 3 days after shipping.

Transportation costs
All of our products ship with standard shipping and deliver within 6-10 business days. Shipping is $5.95 per order.

Tax
We do not charge any taxes.

Order delay
In case of force majeure, order delivery will be delayed. It can be effectively resolved through email communication.

Order could not be delivered
If your order cannot be delivered due to address or other problems. We will notify you within 3 working days to cancel the order for you. And complete the refund for you within 15 working days.

The policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. No refunds or replacements will be offered after this period.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Return conditions:
condition one
We will be responsible for return postage and exchange fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
1. Product customization information does not match or customization error.
2. Wrong size or mismatch.
3. Wrong or missing shipments.
4. Damaged or otherwise defective

condition two
Customer is responsible for return postage and replacement postage.
1. Buying the wrong product or choosing the wrong size product.
2. The product is not suitable.
3. Due to personal reasons such as personal taste and change of mind.

Non-Refundable Items: Products that have been used for a period of time cannot be refunded. Items returned or exchanged must be new and resalable.

 How to handle returns and exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service center first. Generally, it will reach the customer's account within 1-2 working days after the refund is completed.

In general, the return address is the company address, but the specific return address will be provided in the email.

Please send us the logistics tracking number after sending the package, so that we can receive it conveniently.

If it is a return, we will complete the refund for you within 15 natural days after receiving your return. If it is an exchange, we will mail the new product within 5 days. If the package is lost during the return process, no refund or return can be completed. We will return the refund to the original route, and usually reach the customer's account within 2 working days after the refund is completed.

If the shipping cost of the returned goods is due to us or the quality of the product, we will bear the shipping cost. For details, please refer to Return conditions. The return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer first, and we will return it to the customer together with the product cost after we receive it. If the customer doesn't like it or doesn't want it for other reasons, the customer needs to bear the round-trip shipping fee. For details, refer to Return conditions.

How to cancel an order
If the order has already shipped, unfortunately, it cannot be canceled. You can sign for it first. If there is any dissatisfaction, you can return the product within 30 days. For details, please refer to how to return the product.

If there is no delivery, please contact the customer service center to cancel the order for you. Generally, the refund will arrive at the customer's account within 1-2 working days after the refund is completed.

After the order is cancelled, we will return it to you on the original route within 15 natural days, and usually reach the customer's account within 2 working days after the refund is completed.
