Generally, dry acrylic paint cannot be removed from a firm surface.
Water and mild solvents will not dissolve propylene again.
Isopropanol can release the pigment film that has not dried completely. Toluene and acetone can remove the paint film, but they cannot remove paint stains well, and they are not selective removal. The use of solvents will cause all pigment layers to detach, including acrylic primers and so on.
Oil and warm soapy water can remove acrylic paint from the skin.
